I write fact and fiction, sometimes transgressive, sometimes erotic, but always about life — mental and physical health, memoirs and fictionalized stories. Over the years, I have written three books, two of which I self-published. These all feature on Serial Stories, which is my creation here on Medium and a place where you can share your stories of five chapters and more.
From 2014 to 2020, I ran a writing competition — four years for the Dutch, then three years for the English, community.
In my professional life, I work in finance, adding up and checking numbers all day long. That sounds more boring than it really is.
My husband, children, and grandchildren enrich my life!
In September 2024, I created the publication — The Patient's Voice — where writers can share there personal stories about medical matter, whether it's about their own journey or that of a loved one.
Besides my two publications, I'm editor of Tantalizing Tales, and proudly part of The Cocktail Club.
