OMG no! It's horrible when you come from the hairdressers and hate it!

…hopped at the hair when it was dry — rather than washing it first — as this cost the customer less. The junior stylist followed my instructions… and I went home horrified. It looked like I just had these short bits here and there, jagged and strange.
