OMG this must have been such a horrible thing to witness!

I was driving my usual route. My thoughts were about how the meeting would go. Not even ten minutes later, I witnessed a horrible sight, an accident between a bicyclist and a car. The man on the bike had crossed over traffic northbound while the car was heading East. Before my eyes, I saw the man on his bike “fly up in the air” and land a few feet away from me, face down on the pavement.
