Sometimes it's better not to question the why.

If you were to ask me what happened, I have no concrete answers yet as to why I fell off the wagon — I mean things had been going relatively well in my life. Perhaps there was a trigger or could be a series of minor triggers that pushed me once again into depression’s dark embrace.
